STOTT PILATES® training is carried out on Pilates equipment (Reformer, Spring wall, Cadillac, Stability Chair, Arc Barrel, Ladder Barrel...) with an individual approach. Based on the observation of the postural status, the training is adapted to the specific needs of a client. The latest and the safest training method is based on the 5 basic principles of training: breathing and the position of the head, shoulder blades, ribs and pelvis. It is suited for healthy individuals who enjoy recreational activities and want to activate muscles properly, to achieve flexibility of joints and the spinal cord as a whole as well as to activate deep stabilizer muscles. It is also suited for individuals who experience pain in lumbosacral and cervical region of the spine, for rehabilitation/recovery after an injury, surgery, etc.
