You will be exercising in a pleasant surroundings, away from the crowd and noise and you will use that one hour dedicated to yourself in a best possible way because you will be connected with your breathing and movement during the training session and that can only lead to the desired outcome you were hoping for. The word SOMATIC in itself will have you thinking of your movements and the proper way of doing them.

Mission

The neuromuscular connection in our studio strengthens and becomes unbreakable, giving you a stronger body, more mobility in your joints, better balance and proprioception (awareness of the body or parts of the body in space during exercises). After training on the machines, our clients usually say that the experience is like a “massage on the inside”. You will feel more fulfilled and satisfied and that in itself will have a profound effect on your mental health, because there is also an exchange of good energy during training, and the feeling of satisfaction which lasts a long time... until the next training session.

  • Graduated in 2018 at the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education in Novi Sad as a professor of sports and physical education.
  • She acquired her knowledge and MSc degree from Kinesitherapy in Slovenia and Rome at the university of Foro Italico in 2020.
  • Sara brings many years of dancing and gymnastics to Pilates through the elegance of movement.

Matwork Pilates is performed on the floor using your own weight and minimal props, focusing on strengthening the core muscles, flexibility and postural control.

Reformer

The Pilates Reformer is an innovative device that, with the help of a sliding platform, springs, and handles, allows for effective muscle strengthening, improved flexibility, and body stability.

Cadillac

The Cadillac Pilates machine provides a wide range of exercises with the help of bars, springs and band systems, enabling the strengthening of the whole body and rehabilitation..

Stability Chair

The Stability Chair is a compact Pilates device that helps strengthen muscles, improve balance and stability. It is ideal for targeted work on core muscles, rehabilitation and increasing functional strength.

Spring Wall

The Spring Wall is a multi-functional Pilates device that uses springs to provide resistance, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility. It is ideal for stability exercises, stretching and postural correction.

Barrels

Barrels Pilates machines are designed for exercises that improve flexibility, postural correction and strengthening of the back and core muscles. Their curved shape provides secure support and focus on stretching and aligning the body.
